The terms that apply when you subscribe to Nourish, written as plainly as we can. Please read them before you place your first order.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Nourish is a trading name of Nourish Kitchen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16346490. Our registered office is 77 Petersfield Road, Birmingham, England, B28 0AU. Our VAT number is 489 5260 43.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nourish Kitchen Ltd. “You” means the person ordering from us. You can contact us at enquiries@nourishltd.com.
These terms apply to every order you place with us through nourishltd.com. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your personal data.
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the UK to order from us.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or how we run the service. The version on our website when you place or renew an order is the one that applies to that order. If we make a significant change that affects your subscription, we’ll show it on our website before it applies, and you can skip or cancel before the next Monday cut-off if you don’t want to continue.
Nourish is a weekly meal prep subscription. We don’t sell one-off orders.
If you sign up after the Monday 4pm cut-off, your first order will be the following week’s: you’ll be charged at the next Monday 4pm cut-off, and your first delivery will arrive that Sunday.
The contract for each week’s order is formed when we take payment at the Monday 4pm cut-off. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a payment fails, if we can’t deliver to your address, or if a dish becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full. If a dish you chose becomes unavailable, we may offer you a suitable alternative instead.
You can do all of the following yourself in your account at any time up to 4pm on Monday:
After Monday 4pm, that week’s order is locked. We will already have charged you and started buying ingredients and cooking for you, so you won’t be able to change, skip or cancel that week’s order, and it will be delivered as normal. Any change or cancellation you make after the cut-off will take effect from the following week.
There is no minimum commitment. If you cancel, you won’t be charged again and no further orders will be sent once any order already past the cut-off has been delivered.
Our prices are shown on our website and include VAT. A delivery fee applies to each order. You’ll see it at checkout before you confirm your subscription.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any new price will be shown on our website and in your account before it applies, and will only apply to orders charged after that point. You’ll always be able to see the price of your next order before the Monday 4pm cut-off, so if you don’t want to continue at the new price, you can skip or cancel before you’re charged.
If we make an obvious pricing error, such as a price that’s clearly wrong, we’re not obliged to supply your order at that price. We’ll contact you, and you can either pay the correct price or cancel, with a full refund of anything you’ve paid.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method each Monday at 4pm for that week’s order, including the delivery fee, until you cancel.
If a payment fails, that week’s order won’t be sent. We may try the payment again, and we may pause your subscription until you update your payment details.
From time to time we offer discount codes, including a first-box discount for new customers. Unless a code says otherwise:
We run an affiliate programme for selected athletes, ambassadors and creators. Each affiliate receives:
Customers using a follower code are covered by the discount code terms above. The specific rewards and conditions for each affiliate are set out in their individual affiliate agreement with us. We may change or end the programme, or remove an affiliate from it, by giving reasonable notice, or immediately if a code is misused. Affiliates must make clear when they’re promoting Nourish, in line with UK advertising rules.
We deliver to addresses across the UK using DPD, on the Sunday after each Monday cut-off.
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by things outside our control, such as courier problems or severe weather. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
If your order arrives late, damaged, warm, incomplete or otherwise not right, please contact us at enquiries@nourishltd.com as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery. Please include your order details and photos of the box and meals. This helps us investigate quickly.
Our team will review each case individually and offer compensation where appropriate, such as a replacement, a credit or a refund. This doesn’t affect your legal rights, explained below.
For your safety, if your meals arrive warm or the packaging is damaged, please don’t eat them.
Because our meals are fresh and perishable, the usual 14-day right to cancel for online purchases does not apply once an order has been placed. Instead, you can skip, change or cancel up to the Monday 4pm cut-off, as explained in section 4.
Your other legal rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the food we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it isn’t, you’re entitled to a remedy, such as a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. For more information, visit Citizens Advice.
Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens. Although we follow careful allergen controls, we can’t guarantee that any meal is completely free from any allergen, because of the risk of cross-contamination.
Each meal’s allergens are declared on its label and on our website. It’s your responsibility to check this information for everyone who will eat the meals. If you or anyone you’re ordering for has a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering so we can help you choose suitable meals.
Keep your meals refrigerated at 5°C or below and eat them by the date on the label (or freeze them before that date if you won’t eat them in time), and follow the heating instructions on each meal. Make sure meals are piping hot all the way through before eating. We can’t be responsible for meals that haven’t been stored or heated as instructed.
The macros and nutritional information we provide are based on laboratory analysis of our recipes. Because we cook with fresh ingredients, small natural variations between portions are possible. This information is for guidance and isn’t medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition or specific dietary needs, please speak to a healthcare professional.
You need an account to subscribe. Please keep your details accurate and up to date, and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or close an account if payments repeatedly fail, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if you seriously break these terms. If we close your account for a reason that isn’t your fault, we’ll refund any orders you’ve paid for but not yet received.
All content on our website, including text, images, recipes, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
You must not misuse our website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or using automated tools to scrape content. We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our website may link to other websites, such as our Google reviews or social media. We’re not responsible for the content of those websites.
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it’s obvious it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Subject to that, we’re not responsible for loss or damage that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses, as our meals are for domestic and private use only. Our total liability for any other loss relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
We’re not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather, power failures, supply shortages or public health restrictions. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If we can’t deliver an order you’ve paid for, we’ll offer you a refund or a later delivery.
These terms cover our meal prep subscription. Catering for events is quoted and agreed separately, and each catering booking has its own terms, which we’ll send with your quote. To enquire, please use our contact form.
We use your personal data to run your subscription, process payments and deliver your orders. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
If you’re unhappy with anything, please contact us at enquiries@nourishltd.com and we’ll do our best to put it right. We aim to reply within one working day.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home nation will still apply.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest will still apply. If we don’t enforce one of our rights straight away, we can still enforce it later.
