Before you ask

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Nourish work?

Choose how many meals you want, pick your dishes from the weekly menu and order by Monday 4pm. We cook, pack and deliver them chilled that Sunday, ready to heat in minutes.

Is everything halal?

Yes. Every dish is halal, with meat exclusively from HMC-certified suppliers and non-stunned. It’s the foundation of the kitchen, not a menu filter. Read our halal standard.

How fresh are the meals, and how long do they last?

Cooked fresh, never frozen, and sealed with Modified Atmosphere Packaging. They stay at their best for 7–10 days chilled, with no preservatives. Always check the use-by date on each meal.

When do you deliver?

Every Sunday. Order by 4pm on Monday and your meals arrive chilled that Sunday.

Where do you deliver?

Nationwide across the UK. Your meals are packed with insulation and sent chilled and tracked with DPD.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes. Nourish is a weekly subscription with no minimum commitment, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account before the Monday 4pm cut-off.
